Personal data processed

Only the data you submit through this website is processed:

• Name and company name
• Phone number and email address
• Any information you include in the message field

This site uses no cookies at all. Web fonts are served from our own server, so no requests are made to third-party servers when a page loads. No Google Analytics or comparable third-party measurement tool is used.

Visit statistics

To understand which pages are of interest, we run a cookieless counter on our own server. For each page view the following is recorded:

• The page address and the time it was viewed
• The referring site, if any — the domain only, never the full address
• Device type (desktop / mobile / tablet), browser name and browser language

Your IP address is never stored. So that several page views by the same visitor can be grouped together, the IP address and browser string are hashed irreversibly together with a secret value specific to that day, and only a 12-character result is kept. Because that value changes every day, the same person cannot be followed across days, cannot be traced back to an identity, and cannot be matched against other data.

These records are held only on our own server, are never shared with any third party, and are deleted automatically after 400 days.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to assess your enquiry, prepare a quotation and contact you. The legal basis is the necessity of processing for the establishment or performance of a contract under KVKK art. 5/2-c, together with your explicit consent.

Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred abroad. Form submissions are delivered to the data controller by email only.

Retention

If no commercial relationship follows, your data is kept for a maximum of two years after your enquiry is closed. If a commercial relationship is established, statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to processing. Please send requests to info@verikurdu.com; they are answered within 30 days.
